Empowering Women Entrepreneurs in Polk County
you are welcome here.
Where connections are real, support is strong, and success is shared.
Polk County Women Mean Business is more than just a networking group — we’re a sisterhood of women business owners who believe in the power of community over competition.
Founded by Samantha Avila, our mission is to create a safe and inspiring space where women come together to connect, collaborate, and grow — both personally and professionally.
Whether you’re launching your dream or scaling your empire, you belong here.
Upcoming events
Will you join us and network your business with women who truly get it?
We gather every two weeks — usually Thursday mornings at Tienda Studio in Lakeland — to connect, collaborate, and grow. Sometimes we switch things up and meet at special member-hosted locations to support one another in new ways. You’ll also find member-only events sprinkled throughout the calendar and fun evening socials every other month to unwind, laugh, and build deeper relationships. There’s always something happening, and there’s always room for you.
