Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Polk County Women Mean Business Indoor Market. Please complete the form below. Submitting an application does not guarantee placement. Vendors are selected to ensure a balanced and high-quality market experience.

To maintain a positive and welcoming environment that aligns with the mission of our organization, all vendors and exhibitors must be approved by event organizers.
We reserve the right to decline vendors whose products, services, activities, or messaging do not align with the purpose and values of our events.
The following are not permitted:
• Political campaigns, candidates, or political advocacy organizations
• Divination-based services, including tarot card readings, psychic readings, mediumship, fortune telling, and similar practices
• Hate speech, discriminatory messaging, or offensive content
• Any activity deemed disruptive to the event experience or inconsistent with our mission
All vendor applications are subject to review and approval.

Yes! The PCWMB Indoor Market is free and open to the public. Bring your friends, family, and coworkers and come support local small businesses.

Yes! Our networking community is women-only but we accept male and female businesses at our market.

Yes, approved direct sales businesses may apply. To avoid oversaturation, we may limit the number of vendors representing similar products or companies. All vendors are subject to approval.

The table depends on what we agree upon, we have spots that provide the table. We have enough chairs for our vendors on-site.

Limited access to electricity may be available. Please indicate any electrical needs on your application, and we will do our best to accommodate requests.

In most cases, no. Each approved business must submit its own application. Special arrangements may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Absolutely! The Indoor Market is designed to be family-friendly and welcoming to the entire community. You will most likely see the President’s kids with her at all times.

To keep the market welcoming and focused on supporting local businesses, we do not accept vendors whose primary purpose is political campaigning, fortune telling, tarot or psychic services, adult-themed products, hate-based messaging, or activities that conflict with the family-friendly nature of the event.

Yes, Wi-Fi is generally available through the venue, though vendors should not rely solely on it for payment processing.
